BIOA possesses more than 315 acres of agro land located in BioDesaru, Johor. The current agro activities consist of tissue culturing in conjunction with research laboratories and farmers to grow more than 100 types of Malaysian herbs which include Tongkat Ali, Kacip Fatimah, Misai Kucing, Hempudu Bumi, Mengkudu & etc. 

BIOA is engaged in contract farming which is defined as a system for the production and supply of herb produce under forward contract between producers/suppliers and farmers. For the contract farming, BIOA provides sowing, spraying and harvesting services.
