Bioalpha International Sdn Bhd has signed a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) dated 16th June 2009. UKM has developed and owns a technology and know-how pertaining to a Roselle Mutant Line with high hydrocitric acid (HCA) by Professor Dr Mohamad Osman. Upon the research collaboration, Bioalpha International Sdn Bhd wishes to examine and evaluate UKM’s technology for the purpose of determining the feasibility and desirability of establishing a business relationship with UKM through its Technology Transfer Company. Both parties agree to exchange information on the terms and conditions set.
